Also tried in full screen and windowed mode. Windows Cannot Access You Don't Have Permission To Access Go to the disk drive, locate the main WOWP file, make a shortcut on desktop to the .exe file. This is a bit suspicious, because no game ever should require such privileges, nowadays.
