VirtualBox is an awesome tool, though. I have checked everything. Now with 1.5GB RAM cpu load goes up to 60%-100% even with "Nested Paging" disabled. https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/11945 i just installed xp sp2 into a fresh vbox 2.2.2 and there are no idling problems.
