The SCOM db have been moved 3 weeks ago on from SQL 2k5 to SQL 2008 r2 sp1. Health Service Watcher View No updates or changes were made to the Management packs. Check IP connectivity, check name resolution, etc; i.e., all the usual suspect when troubleshooting connectivity. Also what I am wondering is am I utilising the print server management pack here and wondering if I even need it at all.

A quick search for the alert “Health Service Unloaded System Rule(s)” shows that the problem can have a time zone element as mentioned here - http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/momlist/archive/2009/01/08/msmom-issue-with-health-service-unloaded-system-rules-alert-jahaig.aspx but that was not relevat it only appears to be failing to load a handful of rules so not sure what the significance of the grey icon is? If you do not rename the file and restart the Health Service then you get 1102 errors for every rule and monitor again but luckily only one alert in the console. The issue i have is that these/this rule/s do not always fire off alerts. I had facedsimilar error as above with event-id 1102 multiple times relating to diff rules/monitors, on one of my Gateway Server. This topic was started 6 years, 8 months ago.
