Diskpart Access Denied Partitions don't show up.... I haven't figured out how to determine what is at the end of my volume so i can delete it or move it and free up the rest of the space. Diskperfect is the only thing that's worked so far though.

One thing that I recommend is that after you select a partition ("select partition 1") that you run "detail partition" to be absolutely sure that you have the right one. I was happy about this because without perfect disk i got shrink available as just 600MB. You need an elevated Command Prompt -- right-click and select run as administrator:
